The gorgeous blue custom cabinetry topped with unique Quartz countertops make an impressive first impression in this primary bath. The two person shower, equipped with a steam unit allow for relaxing after a long day while the beautiful soaking tub creates the perfect space for winding down. Specialty storage abounds and the custom make up area provides useful storage and even a lighted mirror. Each sink has a light & bright wall sconce with custom cutouts into the massive mirror. There's another full length dressing mirror near the make up table. The showstopper may be the gorgeous custom built chandelier in the center of this incredible space!

In this master bath remodel, we removed the standard builder grade jetted tub and tub deck to allow for a more open concept. We provided a large single person soaking tub with new wainscot below the panoramic windows and removed the traditional window grills to allow for a clear line of sight to the outside. Roman blinds can be lowered for more privacy. A beautiful chrome and black drum chandelier is placed over the soaking tub and co-exists wonderfully with the other fixtures in the room. The combination of chrome and black on the fixtures adds a little glam to the simplified design.

A very Hollywood Regency inspired bathroom. The strong pallete of navy and white is complimented with brushed gold in the beautiful Astra Walker Tapware. A graphic pattern floor continues the theme throughout the home ensuring harmony and flow.

We tore out the shower and made walk in shower - bathtub combination. Custom vanity with quartz top. Shower has pebble stone floor, large plank tile on walls & floor. White quartz counter top. Our clients wanted the ultimate modern farmhouse custom dream home. They found property in the Santa Rosa Valley with an existing house on 3 ½ acres. They could envision a new home with a pool, a barn, and a place to raise horses. JRP and the clients went all in, sparing no expense. Thus, the old house was demolished and the couple’s dream home began to come to fruition. The result is a simple, contemporary layout with ample light thanks to the open floor plan. When it comes to a modern farmhouse aesthetic, it’s all about neutral hues, wood accents, and furniture with clean lines. Every room is thoughtfully crafted with its own personality. Yet still reflects a bit of that farmhouse charm. Their considerable-sized kitchen is a union of rustic warmth and industrial simplicity. The all-white shaker cabinetry and subway backsplash light up the room. All white everything complimented by warm wood flooring and matte black fixtures. The stunning custom Raw Urth reclaimed steel hood is also a star focal point in this gorgeous space. Not to mention the wet bar area with its unique open shelves above not one, but two integrated wine chillers. It’s also thoughtfully positioned next to the large pantry with a farmhouse style staple: a sliding barn door. The master bathroom is relaxation at its finest. Monochromatic colors and a pop of pattern on the floor lend a fashionable look to this private retreat. Matte black finishes stand out against a stark white backsplash, complement charcoal veins in the marble looking countertop, and is cohesive with the entire look. The proposal analyzes the site as a series of existing flows or “routes” across the landscape. The negotiation of both constructed and natural systems establishes the logic of the site plan and the orientation and organization of the new home. Conceptually, the project becomes a highly choreographed knot at the center of these routes, drawing strands in, engaging them with others, and propelling them back out again. The project’s intent is to capture and harness the physical and ephemeral sense of these latent natural movements as a way to promote in the architecture the wanderlust the surrounding landscape inspires. At heart, the client’s initial family agenda--a home as antidote to the city and basecamp for exploration--establishes the ethos and design objectives of the work. Photography - Bruce Damonte
