Our Armadale residence was a converted warehouse style home for a young adventurous family with a love of colour, travel, fashion and fun. With a brief of “artsy”, “cosmopolitan” and “colourful”, we created a bright modern home as the backdrop for our Client’s unique style and personality to shine. Incorporating kitchen, family bathroom, kids bathroom, master ensuite, powder-room, study, and other details throughout the home such as flooring and paint colours. Updating a recently built town home in culver city for a wonderful family was a very enjoyable project for us. The townhouse bathroom had a basic look and was lacking in both storage and looks. the main part of this project was the custom design and building of the vanity unit and the extra storage with bi-fold doors so not to take up too much space. the floors were done with porcelain tile that mimics the rich look of Calcutta marble. the large format tile gives a sensation of space and minimalize the amount of grout lines on the floor. The shower unit received a much-needed high end plumbing fixture and the shower head was raised to a normal height. the walls were tiled with the same floor tile in a staggered pattern. the bench wall is the center focal point and is boasting a chiseled texture dark gray tile that is been complimented by the slate shower pan tile work. notice the bench top and the step into the shower, it is done with a single piece of quartz stone for a clean and grout-less look.

This spa like master bath was transformed into an eye catching oasis featuring a marble patterned accent wall, freestanding tub and spacious corner shower. His and hers vanities face one another, while the toilet is tucked away in a separate water closet. The beaded chandelier over the tub serves as a beautiful focal point and accents the curved picture window that floods the bath with natural light.

Amazing 37 sq. ft. bathroom transformation. Our client wanted to turn her bathtub into a shower, and bring light colors to make her small bathroom look more spacious. Instead of only tiling the shower, which would have visually shortened the plumbing wall, we created a feature wall made out of cement tiles to create an illusion of an elongated space. We paired these graphic tiles with brass accents and a simple, yet elegant white vanity to contrast this feature wall. The result…is pure magic ✨

This beautiful showcase home offers a blend of crisp, uncomplicated modern lines and a touch of farmhouse architectural details. The 5,100 square feet single level home with 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths with a large vaulted bonus room over the garage is delightfully welcoming.

C & J just completed another design by LEAP Architecture. Richard and Laurie wanted to bring a much brighter and more modern feel to their Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and Loft. We completely renovated their second floor, changing the floor plan, adding windows and doors, and installing streamline modern finishes to the space. The Master Bathroom includes a Floating Island Vanity, Fully Custom Shower, Custom Walnut Paneling and Built in Cabinetry in the closets. "TaylorPro completely remodeled our master bathroom. We had our outdated shower transformed into a modern walk-in shower, new custom cabinets installed with a beautiful quartz counter top, a giant framed vanity mirror which makes the bathroom look so much bigger and brighter, and a wood ceramic tile floor including under floor heating. Kerry Taylor also solved a hot water problem we had by installing a recirculating hot water system which allows us to have instant hot water in the shower rather than waiting forever for the water to heat up.
