The large master bath included a walk in shower with two styles of marble tile paired to create an inviting and rich style alongside the vintage style tub and lighting. The black cabinetry with white quartz counters match other areas of the home. Large round mirrors and sconce lights give a bit of drama to a large open space.

Second floor, master bathroom addition over existing garage. This spacious bathroom includes two vanities, a make-up counter, custom tiled shower with floating stone bench, a water closet and a soaker tub.

Northeast Portland is full of great old neighborhoods and houses bursting with character. The owners of this particular home had enjoyed their pink and blue bathroom’s quirky charm for years, but had finally outgrown its awkward layout and lack of functionality. The Goal: Create a fresh, bright look for this bathroom that is both functional and fits the style of the home. Step one was to establish the color scheme and style for our clients’ new bathroom. Bright whites and classic elements like marble, subway tile and penny-rounds helped establish a transitional style that didn’t feel “too modern” for the home. When it comes to creating a more functional space, storage is key. The original bathroom featured a pedestal sink with no practical storage options. We designed a custom-built vanity with plenty of storage and useable counter space. And by opting for a durable, low-maintenance quartz countertop, we were able to create a beautiful marble-look without the hefty price-tag. Next, we got rid of the old tub (and awkward shower outlet), and moved the entire shower-area to the back wall. This created a far more practical layout for this bathroom, providing more space for the large new vanity and the open, walk-in shower our clients were looking for.

A leaky garden tub is replaced by a walk-in shower featuring marble bullnose accents. The homeowner found the dresser on Craigslist and refinished it for a shabby-chic vanity with sleek modern vessel sinks. The homeowners of this large single-family home in Fairfax Station suburb of Virginia, desired a remodel of their master bathroom. The homeowners selected an open concept for the master bathroom. We relocated and enlarged the shower. The prior built-in tub was removed and replaced with a slip-free standing tub. The commode was moved the other side of the bathroom in its own space. The bathroom was enlarged by taking a few feet of space from an adjacent closet and bedroom to make room for two separate vanity spaces. The doorway was widened which required relocating ductwork and plumbing to accommodate the spacing. A new barn door is now the bathroom entrance. Each of the vanities are equipped with decorative mirrors and sconce lights. We removed a window for placement of the new shower which required new siding and framing to create a seamless exterior appearance. Elegant plank porcelain floors with embedded hexagonal marble inlay for shower floor and surrounding tub make this memorable transformation. The shower is equipped with multi-function shower fixtures, a hand shower and beautiful custom glass inlay on feature wall. A custom French-styled door shower enclosure completes this elegant shower area. The heated floors and heated towel warmers are among other new amenities.

The small and shabby shower was removed to make room for a free-standing bath, giving the en-suite a fresh and cosy atmosphere.

La surface était importante (9m2) et l'idée était de garder cette sensation d'espace tout en ayant un confort d'utilisation pour 2 personnes retraitées. On a crée une zone vestiaire, une tablette basse ds la douche ( hauteur définie avec Mme) pour se laver les pieds sans efforts, une niche haute pour les shampoings, une douche ouverte avec paroi transparente permettent de ne pas fermer l'espace.

Черные графичные элементы, фактура бетона и любовь к растениям — все это собралось в интерьере. Несмотря на брутальную заявку, пространство как и предполагалось, получилось мягким и домашним, благодаря тому, что акценты мы расставили умеренно. В нем уютно хозяевам и их домашним питомцам.

In this bathroom remodel we installed Medallion Cherry Onyx Providence Flat panel doors and drawers with matching recessed mirrored medicine cabinets. The cabinets are accented with Richelieu contemporary metal knobs and pulls. Two square white Kohler undermount china sinks and Moen 90 Degree single handle faucets and two handle roman tub, paper holder, towel bar, robe hook. On the countertop is Cambria Bellingham quartz. In the shower is a 75” tall TruFit Semi-Frameless Swing Door and Panel Enclosure in Chrome with 3/8” glass. Florim Ethos Grey 12 x 24 porcelain tile is installed on the bathroom floor and shower walls with Stainless steel twilight Bliss Mist linear accent tile. On the shower floor is 2” x 2” Ethos Grey hexagon mosaic tile. With a 2” x 28” niche with shelf for storage. On the floor is 5” solid oak hand scraped wood flooring. In the bedroom we installed Kraus Dark Gunstock Maderia hardwood flooring.
