L'alcova della vasca doccia è rivestita in mosaico in vetro verde della bisazza, formato rettangolare. Rubinetteria Hansgrohe. Scaldasalviette della Deltacalor con tubolari ribaltabili. Vasca idromassaggio della Kaldewei in acciaio. Pareti colorate in smalto verde. Seduta contenitore in corian. Le pareti del volume vasca doccia non arrivano a soffitto e la copertura è realizzata con un vetro apribile. Un'anta scorrevole in vetro permette di chiudere la zona doccia. A pavimento sono state recuperate le vecchie cementine originali della casa che hanno colore base verde da cui è originata la scelta del rivestimento e colore pareti.

This 1940's era bathroom was remodeled and updated. Gas wall heater was removed. New custom floating cabinets replaced the old cabinets. All electrical and plumbing was updated, including Electric Mirror lighted mirrors for the best grooming light. An overhanging lavatory allows for a narrower cabinet in a small space. This bathroom is in a traditional home with great character in the woodwork, paneling and materials. The homeowners desired an interior finish and fixture upgrade to the room, without losing the character of the quaint space. The wall tile is Pratt and Larson with a special glaze and floor tile is a custom created stone mosaic with black polished marble and honed creme marfil. The paint selection plays off the softer blue hues of the surrounding bedrooms and gives the 'spa' effect the homeowners wanted.

The use of colour makes this family bathroom a calm and relaxing retreat. CLPM project manager tip - when redoing your bathroom don't be tempted to tile it yourself. A good tiler will make a much better job of it!

When approaching this bathroom renovation we found the original floor tiles in excellent condition and they became the inspiration for the entire concept. We replaced the damaged wall tiles with white painted bead board and updated a clunky, poorly placed sink with this stunning wall mounted model by Porcher. The sink vanity features wooden cabinetry, a marble countertop, and his and her undermount sinks. It is paired with rimless mirrors and modern lighting. The bathtub alcove includes a recessed bathtub paired with a soft green subway tile. Project by Portland interior design studio Jenni Leasia Interior Design. As an Artist/Designer married to an Engineer, form and function are topics often discussed in our home. I prefer elegant yet laid-back design and my husband likes our surroundings to look appealing, as well.
