Our clients decided to take their childhood home down to the studs and rebuild into a contemporary three-story home filled with natural light. We were struck by the architecture of the home and eagerly agreed to provide interior design services for their kitchen, three bathrooms, and general finishes throughout. The home is bright and modern with a very controlled color palette, clean lines, warm wood tones, and variegated tiles.

This project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. The exquisite new vanity has a modern farmhouse aesthetic, featuring custom Crystal cabinets in the elegant Regent door style. Painted in a refreshing Parlor Green hue, the cabinets add a touch of timeless charm to the space. Crowned with a luxurious Q Quartz Mara Blanca countertop, the vanity proudly showcases two ALFI farmhouse sinks, further accentuating the farmhouse-inspired design.

A fun boys bathroom featuring a custom orange vanity with t-rex knobs, geometric gray and blue tile floor, vintage gray subway tile shower with soaking tub, satin brass fixtures and accessories and navy pendant lights.

After purchasing this 1960s ranch in Ann Arbor, the homeowners knew that the master suite, which was remodeled in the 90s and had a raised spa tub and a black toilet, had to go. The spacious double vanity offers plenty of storage and counter space for the homeowners. The large windows provide natural light and the douglas fir details add a pop of color.

A very Hollywood Regency inspired bathroom. The strong pallete of navy and white is complimented with brushed gold in the beautiful Astra Walker Tapware. A graphic pattern floor continues the theme throughout the home ensuring harmony and flow.
