I ordered the Marquam Teak Single Vanity which automatically comes with "white glove service" which claims to include - delivery of items to room of choice, unpack/assemble each piece, remove and recycle the packaging. We received the Vanity - in 3 boxes in a pile that my husband had to carry inside. There was ZERO white glove service! Customer service offered $100 as compensation - to hire someone to install this is going to cost me $1.5k to hire a contractor to come in! For a company who claims to put the customer first.....I am beyond disappointed.

Absolute junk. I ordered two lamps. One arrived missing pieces, and I've been calling for weeks, spoken to several customer service reps and still can't use the lamps as they haven't provided the parts to attach the shade to the lamp base. The other lamp was just terrible quality, shoddy craftsmanship. Super disappointing, as they looked great online. I won't be buying from Rejuvenation again.

Customer service is terrible. We purchased the Conical Pendant lights and the Ansel 5 light chandelier for our new build. Because of delays the lights didn't get installed until after the 60 days allowed for exchanges. Both lights were final sale and both have problems. The biggest problem was that the white shades completely clash. It seems like if you are ordering two lights with white shades from the same company it is reasonable to assume they would be the same color. The Conical shade is creamy white and the Ansel shades are harsh cool white. They look terrible in the same space together. I reached out to exchange the shades for black and Rejuvenation refused the exchange because it's passed 60 days. So disappointing when you splurge and spend so much and they have terrible policies and customer service. In addition, one of the Conical Pendants came with a defective piece they then charged me to replace. Never ordering from this company again.

Beware Rejuvenation Hardware does not have a price guarantee. Three large planter boxes I purchased online 10 days ago at $499. went on sale for $409 prior to the delivery. I called customer service for a price adjustment and was told, "we don't do that". They were delivered "white glove" which means they unpacked them, set them up and hauled away the packing. According to Rejuvenation Hardware, returns must be returned in the original packing and customer pays all shipping costs. Looks like it is tough luck for me.

Their shipping is a total ripoff. They charge based on how much you spend, anything over $300 is 10%. I’m happy to pay shipping costs for the weight of my product but customer service flat out admitted to me that they are profiting off a more expensive order. Wish I hadn’t ordered from them.

You won't just pay a lot for their products but you'll pay a lot to repair the damage that their products cause. No wonder they don't allow reviews on their site anymore. I'm an architect and purchased a number of products from Rejuvenation when renovating last year. From door handles that quickly break, to screws that break in your wall, or custom cabinets, their products don't just break down but cause additional costly damage. The Tumalo door handle came apart inside an exterior door ($1000s) which split the door itself. Brass screws (from drawer pulls to shelf brackets) break inside walls and custom cabinets. This happened even when holes were pre-drilled and a hand screw driver was used by professionals. All of which causes additional time and money on projects. It would have been better to provide no screws because I've learned to buy my own, and had I had to do that in the first place I would have saved myself and team a lot of extra work and expense. For door hardware I recommend going with a hardware company who has an established record in high quality function. Rejuvenation's mirrors have been fine so far.

Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Five phone calls and the issue is still not resolved. I’ve gotten 3 completely different “stories” about where my item is or if it even exists??? I literally don’t understand how a Company could be so unorganized, so incompetent, and so clueless. I just called (again) and asked to speak to a manager and was told it will be 24 to 48 hours until a manager can talk to me because the managers are so backed up with requests- gee I wonder why?

Be wary of return dates. They are very strict about their return dates, even if they are the ones that sent the items so late.

Do not buy their products. We bought their Tumalo door hardware which retails for over $550. Less than three years later it broke and became non-operational. When I contacted their customer service they refused to do anything to help because it was slightly outside of their two year warranty. I needed a small replacement part, but they refused to budge. It's disgraceful such an expensive product failed so quickly and they were unwilling to help whatsoever.

Very frustrating experience!! I ordered several hardware items online and received a confirmation email that the order had been placed. I checked the status every few days and it said order is in process. 12 days go by, nothing, so I contact Rejuvenation and they tell me the order was cancelled because of the address (which was entered correctly). I never received an email saying the order had been cancelled (I checked spam and everywhere). Then, they tell me every single item I ordered was out of stock. But then I looked up the items on their website and they are still for sale and nothing indicates it's out of stock! Lesson learned - after paying for overpriced hardware, make sure you call, wait and wait longer to hopefully get someone on the phone to make sure you actually get your order.

Joining the chorus of dismay re. customer service. Split a large order in two, charged to separate cards to avoid exceeding credit card limits. For the larger order, Revuvenation placed the expected $25K pre-authorization, then, one day later, a second one for $18K, thus blowing through the credit card limit and causing other, recurring, charges to be declined. Can't dispute either charge with AmEx since they are pre-authorizations. When I called Rejuvenation, the first rep claimed not to be able to see the order at all, though it was clearly there in my account on their site. With no sense of urgency, a manager called me back the next day and literally said there was nothing he or anyone else at Rejuvenation could do to reverse the bogus charge and I should just wait a week to see if it fell off or dispute it if it didn't.
The products are nice but customer service is a total failure.

I really wanted to love Rejuvenation - the website, the catalogs, the bloggers that post good things about them….it all made it seem like a no-brainer that Rejuvenation was a company that sold top quality items. I purchased from them twice after our home renovation. First, I purchased the gooseneck barn light in the copper finish and we hung it under a carport - the sun nor dew/rain ever touched it. 3 months after hanging it, I noticed spots like looked like mildew all over it. I took it down to clean it and the finish was already tarnishing. They send me another shade stating it must be a bad batch. Installed the new shade and 3 months later, the same thing. They did refund my money though.
Then I purchased the mission style black matte cabinet pulls. I really liked them. Now, not even 2.5 years later, the finish is scraping off of the pulls that we use the most (I do not clean them with chemicals and we are very careful with our new kitchen). I contacted them and asked about a warranty and they told me the warranty expired after 1 year (probably because they knew the finish would come off after that)….but they agreed to send me 4 new cabinet pulls (the worst ones).
So I can’t complain about the customer service, but I will never buy from Rejuvenation again. You have to check online reviews if the company itself won’t post reviews to their site. I should’ve checked outside reviews for sure.
