I have a similar style cabinet in an EYA townhome. The only difference is the inner rectangle on the cabinet door has an arch at the top. I'm trying to find who the cabinet vendor/mfr is, and trying to see if I can get a replacement door. My wife tried a steamer and deformed the plastic surface of the cabinet door.
