It is a Walker Zanger Matra Series and the color is Indigo Gloss - you can find it at a tile store - that carries the walker zanger line.

Is it really Indigo one or is it Sari Blue? The photo here looks much more turquoise-y than the Indigo Blue looks on Walker Zanger site. Thank you.
