I also used the same Calacutta Lago counter tops in another kitchen linked here called "Storm Gray Painted Cabinets with Warm Natural Walnut Accents". But the counters look quite different in that kitchen with no blue or navy.

I think Calacutta Lago can be pulled to have the veining appear a gray/navy or at least pair very well with blue tones like in the kitchen you asked about. (Although please note that the pictures I had professionally taken came out with the blues MUCH brighter than they actually are in that kitchen. The blue island, shelves and hood are much more of a navy.)
