Hi, I'm sorry this project was from 2015. I've been looking up whatever I can find on the tile details and the best I can find is that the wall field tiles were called "oyster stroke" but I don't know who made them. The floor looks like a 2 x 2 natural stone mosaic.

If I find more information on this project I will let you know.
