Hi all. We have to get our materials approved by the HOA this week but I’m struggling to find comparable products.

The 2-story house I’ve posted is the look we want. The 1-story house is our actual house. Since I can’t get those 2-story house materials here, I have to find replacements.

Our house will be mostly brick except for the porch and upper gable area. We have access to Cherokee Brick, and GAF Timberline or TAMKO for roof.

We are thinking Augusta or Dover Bluff for the brick. We want a very light brick with a gray undertone. No idea on the colors for the shingle roof and metal roof. I can’t tell if they used a true black or something lighter. If you have any ideas I’d be so appreciative. Thank you.
