Thanks for the question. This is a Bullfrog Spas brand spa that is placed int the ground. We offer a kit called SpaVault that fits several sizes of Bullfrog Spas. This system allows for a relatively easy construction project that creates a vault in which the spa can be lowered. The spa can be placed all the way or partially in the ground.
