Yes it is Gunnera manicata, or giant Rhubarb. Not for the faint hearted - it can grow into quite a large plant! My client had it growing in a pot and wanted to include it in the garden - it did look great but I did warn him that it might outgrow the space. They are lovely plants to put by a pond, if you have one.
