Lisa only on the floor it should not be an issue. Hope you don't intend to carry the same tiles om the shower wall.

I think full wooden tiles will feel like pathetic.

Try disparate like combinations of glossy and wood tiles or like 2 walls and floor with wood tiles and other 2 walls light colored glossy tiles to break the monotony.Thank u.

It would be something similar to this.

I must say that's a good choice to get whole bathroom flooring as wood tile and you can go for it. But select the right and best one is very important.
