Question on Caesarstone/backsplash/finish

Hello,
I'm curious on what caesarstone finish you used? is it polished or honed? Also, is the backsplash behind oven one large slab of quartz? I've heard it can melt/cause discoloration - between Thermador and Quartz? Have you had this issue? Thanks!!
