what bulb beam spread did you use?

What beam spread (20, 30, 40 deg) and spacing do you typically use with these 2" recessed lights? (application would also be in a wine cellar of similar size)

The lights in this image were centered on the vertical stiles of the wine racks and were probably 18" to 24" O.C. I can't remember exactly. I'd use a medium flood of 35 degrees to 40 degrees to still get some punch but to get a decent spread across the shelving. Good luck!
