We purchased it from our suppliers at LDL Online, i don't think they sell to the public unfortunately. The item is called a Peka Fioro Magic Corner, if you wanted to see if you can purchase it direct elsewhere.

It requires some installation that i wouldn't want to attempt myself, but you might be a lot more skilled than me!
