Hello! We worked with a local contractor/remodeler who built a facade of sheetrock on top of the existing brick (he had to make a rudimentary frame with two-by-fours, then sheetrock it). His guys also tape-and-floated the sheetrock. We took it from there with primer and plaster layers. Our cost was $2500 if I remember correctly, but I honestly don't know what the contractor charged for his portion. Hope that helps!
