The company won't deal with individuals. The whole end section with the drawstrings came down. The part that holds it up broke. We got them 9 years ago from JC Penny and they don't deal with Lafayette anymore. Can't find anyone to help. We have the Mystic Marble. It's a really large picture window shade.
