My fixture came without the collar to connect to the ceiling electric.

There are no specs from the link you gave me--my package came with the suspension wires, the tube, and light bulbs only--no thing to cover the wiring.

I can't find any downloadable pdfs, when I click on specs next to the image of the fixture. If I click on the fixture, it takes me to the sales page again.

I am very disappointed in this fixture--it came without any wiring information and no cover plate. The cover plate is in the photo of the fixture but not in the package.
