Thanks for noticing this basketweave! We love it, it's not just a grid, its a real weave with curves and movement. We can check on the supplier, but the main stone is carrera; the alternate stone (both the dot and the border) is absolute black granite. To get just the size border desired, our installer sliced up 12x12 polished black granite tiles.
