Is this TRAX mounted flush with the ceiling? Is it possible to mount the TRAX flush with the ceiling?

TRAX can be recessed into the ceiling, but our TRAX is 3/4" deep and typical drywall is 5/8" deep so it's important to be knowledgeable on how to make up the difference when surface mounting the TRAX.

I am trying to understand how the tub is set. Is that large tile or part of the tub (where the towels are)?
