Something like this needs to be specially veneered you can get firecheck door blanks upto 9ft high so what height you want is your choice. costs some where round 700 -800 for the door, then it has to be finished in a fire retatrdent finish say another 300 then fitted and door furniture. All toll i would put that at around 1500 plus vat. But that does depwnd on what veneer you go for and the quality of the handles and hinges. And dont forget the matching door liner and arcs.
