Looking for porch post advice

We have added on to our porch and it is now 24 ft wide by about 7 feet deep. Looking to see what the minimum number of 6x6 posts needed for support. Also if anyone has recommendations on 6x6 white sleeves for posts I would appreciate it.

    Hello jeffcumberland,

    Love the idea of a large front porch on your Cape Cod-style home!

    I'd keep it simple with boxed posts in keeping with the home's style. Add in a white railing and balusters or use a wood tone for some added curb appeal. A flower box under the right front window and a couple colorfully painted wooden rocking chairs, a bit of landscaping and you're ready to sit and enjoy!
