I mainly focus on lighting, however, since my personal taste is very similar to yours when it comes to gray and white furniture, I do have an opinion on this. The cool color spectrum ranges between white, black, gray and blue. Since you already have white and gray and you would not paint your walls black, I would say look for interesting blues.
