They are Caesarstone vivid white. We did 3" on island

Do you know if there are any problems with this client's Vivid White counters? I'm having problems with them marking extremely easily from everyday use.

We have not had any trouble with this particular countertop. However, we did install one vivid white countertop that was defective with black specs and Caesarstone was helpful in correcting/replacing.
