From my experience I would say this is a genuine antique fireplace and dates to the turn of the century, circa 1890-1900. Therefore to find an identical piece will take some time searching and a lot of luck :o/ . Obviously at some point recently its been removed and polished or bought from a dealer and fitted in this location with new hearth tiles.
