Rewilsonsphr, Thank you for your inquiry. This is a very small pool 10'3" X 16'3". We actually made it a large spa. The sq. ft. of decking around the pool is 128. sq. ft. The linear feet of stacked stone in the walls & steps is 35 ln. ft. The sq. ft. of the area to the right of the pool is 220 sq. ft. Attached is some additional pictures.
