Two Pendants or Three?

New kitchen design includes an irregular V-shaped peninsula with approximately 5' and 4' sides on the barstool side. Struggling with pendant placement! Follow the shape of the peninsula and have three small/medium pendants OR would two large pendants also work? Please advise of size/scale of pendants for either option. Thank you kindly.

Definitely three- One at each corner of the peninsula.

I did this in a clients home, and we actually placed them all at different heights as well.

since the peninsula is a smaller space, i would personally do 2 pendants instead of three.

Thanks everyone! Would you care to weigh in on SIZE of pendants and MATERIALS?
    Middle copper dome is 7".
Copper dome on right is 5".
Would these present themselves as a barrier TOO SOLID in front of the interior workspace of the kitchen?
Should I go for more transparent fixtures as shown in the first photo?
I don't have specs on the glass pendants with copper fittings yet. Thank you.
