Good question. The answer is no. This is a separate rail system installed by us since this project is very high off the ground.

Do you prefer the inside or outside mount when there is a railing present?

We are having a porch and deck built and will need railing on just one side of the porch. The porch is only 38” off the ground, so not too high but high enough that a rail is needed per code. All of the inside mount photos I have seen online leave a lot to be desired in the finished look. Does trim get installed over the frame?

Our contractor is using 6x6 vinyl posts to accommodate the railing and Eze-Breeze.
