Thanks for the response! I'm surprised they are architectural slabs... felt for sure they were poured because you had so many different sizes especially at entrance. I can only find 24" x 24", 18" x 18", and 12" x 24" at Mutual Materials.

I'm sorry for the confusion. It is a combination of poured concrete and architectural slabs. A good concrete company could do this easily, as long as you are specific about the sizes and spacing.
