What's your favourite cuisine?

After the weekend's over, I always find some time to reflect on all the good times had - and most of the time, those 'good times' all revolve around food. I'll happily try anything - more recently I've developed a love for Korean food, and find myself craving some kimchi!

So if you had to choose a favourite cuisine, what would it be? Italian, Chinese, or maybe good old English fare? Leave us a comment below and let us know!

I agree with Italian. Not much beats lasagne and cheese-y garlic bread

Oh goodness this is such a hard question....I'd have to go with the broader "Mediterranean", since that can encompass many delicious things, including fresh fish, lean meat, plenty of olive oil, yummy dips...mmmm

I love Caribbean cuisine. The flavours are more than just hot and spicy, they are also complex and tantalising. In addition, Caribbean food is influenced by many different cultures. I love Caribbean food, it excites me!

Have to admit Italian would be a very close second.
