It is called an Acer palmatum or commonly known as the Japanese Maple. There are many different varieties that achieve different sizes and colours.

Thanks so much for replying but I was looking for name of plants on the bottom right, not the maple. I have never seen these upright, spindly green plants with pink tip. If you have time, response would be appreciated.
