If you want to keep your view completely and just want to add a design element, I would go with a valance. This would keep it at the top and you would get to keep your view. You can also do a top down bottom up roman shade or cellular shade. This will allow the shade to be completely closed if you need some privacy, or bring the top down and you still have a view. Drapery is also always an option as well. You can have a center draw and open it when you would like to keep your view and close it when you want to. Hope this helps!
