This renovation involved expanding the kitchen space into an adjacent office area, creating a side entry, new kitchen layout that worked well for two cooks, professional grade appliances, oversized island with seating on two sides, eat-in area, sitting area and furniture look cabinets with both stained and painted finishes. We enlarged an existing window by creating a boxed bay at the relocated sink and designed a continuous quartzite counter which serves as planting ledge for herbs and flowers. Some of the appliances were integrated into the cabinetry with panels, while others were designed as impact pieces. Custom designed cabinets include a large mantel style chimney hood with vent insert, furniture grade hutch with leaded glass doors, contrasting stained island with seating on two sides, bar with wine refrigerator and deep drawers, and a galley style butler's pantry which provides secondary prep space and ample storage. Details such as shaped cabinet feet, upper glass front cabinets, pull-out trash drawer, spice columns and hidden drawers and storage make this newly designed kitchen space feel luxurious and function perfectly. Traditional materials and forms meld seamlessly with industrial accents and modern amenities. Mixed metals are used in a balanced and dynamic way with warm gold tone cabinet hardware, stainless steel and chrome all working in harmony. New facelift for this condo in Brantford. Interior design ideas provided by Carolyn Wilbrink from Small Town Style and CW Design & Co. Cloud White bevel shaker doors with Fantasy Brown Granite countertops. We incorporated a wood hood to this kitchen along with additional accessories such as a 2-bin garbage pull out and super-susan in the corner base cabinet for maximum access for this client. The microwave was integrated into the peninsula with a stainless steel trim kit. We added corbels on either end of the peninsula to add a touch of elegance.

This 60’s era house desperately needed a major renovation! For this Rolling Hills addition the owners sought to have additional living space and a complete redesign of every room. The design was created to add more space to the back of the home for a new family room, more space between the existing garage and house for the laundry room, and add a master suite with walk-in closet which took over the existing bathroom location. By installing Golden Honey ledger tile from floor to ceiling on the front living room fireplace instantly captures your eye and is the focal point of the room. The updated kitchen opens up to the new family room and kitchen nook with custom built-in bench seat, providing extra storage. The owner selected Executive shaker, bright white cabinetry, MSI Tajmahal Quartz countertops and Golden Honey ledger tile backsplash, with Kohler executive chef undermount sink and delta Trinsic kitchen faucet in Artic Stainless. The homeowner loves her built-in China cabinet for plenty of storage! New limestone terra porcelain floor tile was installed throughout the entire home along with upgraded windows and doors. The powder bathroom, Jack n Jill and Master bathroom were updated with new cabinetry, tile, countertops, flooring and fixtures.

Custom shelving is 2" thick eastern pine with a natural edge cut from tree. Finished with a custom stain to enhance the natural grain of the wood and highlighted with driftwood colors to enrich complete driftwood theme throughout house. An extension and first floor addition to this Willoughby abode has transformed it into a completely new home! The downstairs extensions boats a brand new kitchen featuring a large island with beautiful white marble bench top, hanging lights and a window splash-back. The window is a stylish asset to the kitchen space and is positioned over a tropic garden, providing a natural balance. You'll also find a dining and living room but open up the doors to a paved outdoor area that spills onto a spacious back yard. Walk upstairs to new bedrooms and bathrooms which has given the family so much more room downstairs. Since the photos were taken, Beecraft has added a large paved area to the front door and sliding door entrances, as well as an asphalt drive way with original brick edging and garden beds.
