This is a beautiful kitchen with personalized detailing. Everything from the inset stainless bands on the range hood to a full service galley sink were customized for the homeowner.

This transitional kitchen brings in clean lines, simple cabinets, warm earth tones accents, and lots of function. This kitchen has a small footprint and had very little storage space. Our clients wanted to add more space, somehow, get the most storage possible, make it feel bright and open, have a desk area, and somewhere that could function as a coffee area. By taking out the doorway into the dining room, we were able to extend the cabinetry into the dining room, giving them their desk area as well as storage and a nice area for guests! A custom appliance garage was made that allows you to have all the necessities right at your hands and gives you the ability to close it up and hide all of the appliances. Trash, spice, tray, and drawer pull outs were added for function, as well as 2 lazy susans, wine storage, and deep drawers for pots and pans. The homeowner fell in love with the matte white GE Cafe appliances with the brushed bronze accents, and quite frankly, so did we! Once we found those, we knew we wanted to incorporate that metal throughout the kitchen. New hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen and finished to match the existing wood in the dining room. We brought the warmth up to eye level with open shelving stained to match. We love creating with our clients, and this kitchen was no exception! We are thrilled with how everything came together.

Clean, beautiful and open. The white cabinetry, hardwood floors and overall design create an inviting vibe for this modern kitchen space. Learn more about our showroom and kitchen and bath design: Due to a tragic house fire, our client was faced with a new slate. A blend of contemporary and mid-century modern was the goal for the new kitchen design. A few requests the client had were double ovens, and a serving and clean up area along with a space for cooking and baking. For cabinetry, an antique white matte style was chosen for the perimeter and paired with a walnut finish custom door cabinet with an eased edge and a morocco and black glaze for the island and serving space. Contrasting the white cabinetry with the floating shelves and dimensional porcelain bar backsplash kept the space fresh and contemporary while the function of the space overall became the star and executed mid-century modern beautifully. Accessories in the kitchen are toe kick drawers, utensil dividers, a spice pantry, glass cabinet doors, double trash bin and tilt up hinge wall cabinets. Maximizing the functionality of this space, and coordinating the new kitchen with the beautiful remodel completed previously by the client were the two most important aspects of this project. The existing spaces are elegantly decorated with an open plan, dark hardwood floors, and natural stone accents. The new, lighter, more open kitchen flows beautifully into the client’s existing dining room space. Satin nickel hardware blends with the stainless steel appliances and matches the satin nickel details throughout the home. The fully integrated refrigerator next to the narrow pull-out pantry cabinet, take up less visual weight than a traditional stainless steel appliance and the two combine to provide fantastic storage. The glass cabinet doors and decorative lighting beautifully highlight the client’s glassware and dishes. An already beautifully appointed home just needed a face lift in the tired kitchen to bring it up to par with the rest of the house. The clients originally considered refacing their existing kitchen cabinets, but then decided on a full remodel. The cabinets installed in the kitchen are Medallion Devonshire Door Style, Flat Center Panel, Painted White Chocolate. Hardware is Top Knobs 1 1/8” and 8 cc Appliance Pulls. The countertop is Giallo Traversella Granite 1/2” Round with 4” Backsplash on the Refrigerator and Garage walls. The backsplash is Petal Mosiac in the Foundation Color. A Blanco Diamond Silgranite sink in Truffle color and Moen Arbor Pullout Faucet in Chrome finish.

This kitchen features perfect mix of old and new. The countertops, floors, backsplash, sink, faucet, fridge, and dishwasher were all reused. This kitchen was in desperate need of a simple door and drawer style, new hardware, new oven and microwave and new paint. We removed all the old doors, drawers, crown molding, oven and microwave. We modified the oven and microwave openings, added a new deeper cabinet over the fridge with tray dividers, added new doors and drawers fronts and painted the cabinets. We also replaced all the old drawer boxes and side mount glides with new solid wood dovetail drawer boxes with undermount full extension soft close drawer glides. We even upgraded the hinges on the new doors to soft close door hinges. No more sound of slamming doors and drawers in this kitchen!! We finished off the cabinets with new taller crown molding and added new door and drawer hardware to complement the stainless appliances. Light pours into the kitchen from a trio of clerestory windows and a pair of backless, glass-fronted cabinets hung in front of exterior windows. A hidden pantry is accessed to the left of the Miele double ovens from Monark Premium Appliances. A quartet of Fine Art Lamps’ metal-framed pendants hangs from artisan square-link chains, spilling light from mica shades onto the dual islands topped with Cristallo quartzite. Swivel stools from Century in an aqua and white zebra print provide seating at the dining island. Wood-Mode custom maple cabinets in Vintage Nordic White line the walls. The range hood and island bases are Wood-Mode Heirloom Harbor Mist with Pewter Glaze, all from Tradewind Designs. The 3-by-12-inch stone backsplash brings in the colors of the cabinets and islands. A tile inset commands attention behind the Miele 5-burner gas cooktop also from Monark Premium Appliances.

This transitional kitchen combined white-maple exterior cabinetry with key dark chocolate-cherry cabinetry accents. Effortlessly fused together with this multi-white engineered stone, this combination of color adds warmth to this large open kitchen. Picture-box decorative glass-display cabinets share a look into the interior of the cabinetry. Complete with plenty of working space and extra storage applications, this kitchen becomes the heart of the home.
