Жилой дом 350 м2. Жилой дом для семьи из 3-х человек. По желанию заказчиков под одной крышей собраны и жилые помещения, мастерская, зона бассейна и бани. На улице, но под общей крышей находится летняя кухня и зона барбекю. Интерьеры выполнены в строгом классическом стиле. Холл отделён от зоны гостиной и кухни – столовой конструкцией из порталов, выполненной из натурального дерева по индивидуальному проекту. В интерьерах применено множество индивидуальных изделий: витражные светильники, роспись, стеллажи для библиотеки. Вместе с домом проектировался у участок. Благодаря этому удалось создать единую продуманную композицию , учесть множество нюансов, и заложить основы будущих элементов архитектуры участка, которые будут воплощены в будущем.

This project is typical of many late nineties built houses in the Houston area, the home was built with Hardie siding before Hardie trim was widely available so they used wood trim that rots. We replaced the vertical and window trim with Hardie, repainted the entire house with Sherwin Williams Latitude and installed a new mahogany front door.

This 3,103 square feet home has everything you need for family living with the added bonus of being located on a luxurious golf course in Lexington, SC. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a 2 car garage, a welcoming front porch, and a large covered back porch with a golf course/woodlands view. And the creamy Hardie Plank siding and shingle accents with white carriage garage doors are accented by gleaming copper lamps for great curb appeal.
