Having been modernised by the addition of a Westbury Orangery, it’s hard to imagine this home without the extra living space provided by the perfectly proportioned timber structure; Concealed below an immaculate natural haven, at the foot of a solid stone staircase. The Orangery features 2-sides of joinery, finished in the shade Westbury White with Satin Nickel ironmongery. The Heritage windows look out upon a display of vibrant fuchsias and beautiful brickwork, and two large bi-folding doors condense into concertinaed stacks, revealing a flush floor level between the internal and external spaces. Allowing for a full immersion into this idyllic natural escape. The homeowners’ love of the outdoors flows throughout their home, through the exquisite diptych landscapes painted by Jane Rist, end tables artistically crafted from solid slabs of petrified wood, and the enchanting sea-blue of the stoneware bowls by Emma Hiles. The most striking connection of all being the vibrant natural light and views of the passing clouds above the large rectangular roof lanterns. Descending gracefully from one of the roof lanterns are delicate glass droplets that twinkle melodically in the breeze that moves gently through the automatic roof vents. Enabling warm air to escape in the summer months and alleviating heat build-up. Our aim was to create a space to enjoy the passing of time, a different pace of life, and absorb the beauty and calmness of nature. For us, witnessing the positive impact the new orangery has had on the homeowners at Fuchsia House has been incredibly rewarding.

This beautiful country style kitchen, dining and living space allows for all the perks of modern living while maintaining a warm country feel. This neat and stylish great room design also features characterful hardwood floors for added twist! This renovation is simple and welcoming, filled with natural light and boasts a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining set up.

When designing this space I wanted to create a Queenslander style kitchen with modern functionality. This design is a simple L shape design, it still has everything you need to cook and bake if you feel like it. The dishwasher is 450mm wide and allowed the pantry to be squeezed into space. The microwave is hidden above the fridge behind the lift-up door. This is a very clever design allowing a fully functional kitchen in a small spacious space.

This cluttered kitchen was transformed into an organized and functional space. With the addition of the island the clients increased cupboard and countertop space. We also designed built in pantries beside the stove and fridge that provide extra storage. A built in wine rack provides a showcase and storage space for their collection. Upgrades to their appliances, hardware, lighting and backsplash made for a beautiful kitchen transformation.

An upgraded kitchen based on the original design. The original was painted MDF, cupboards only and on old hinges. The new one is a painted beech fronted kitchen on oak veneer carcasses. oak twisted handles, solid oak top and oak sleeper cooker surround. the worktop had granite sunk into it either side of the cooker for hot pots and pans. A set of 4 draws with a cutlary insert on soft close runners. The doors are also soft close.

Model: Cascade Modern. This modern, 378 square-foot Kabin features a laundry room, partially vaulted loft, a common room with vaulted ceiling to maximize space, 1 bathroom and a 40 sq. ft. covered porch. This backyard cottage is constructed to Built Green’s 4-star standards.

Handmade classic shaker kitchen with island, designed to be the heart of the home. Efficiently designed with all the modern kitchen alliances including integrated fridge, freezer, washing machine, sink, tap, hob, extractor, oven, pull out spice rack, set of drawers, floating shelves and storage space. The internals were made from ash, the worktops and floating shelves were made from Walnut. Complementing these natural tones, the rest of the Kitchen is spray finished in Farrow and Ball '34 Calke green' and '81 Breakfast room' (Island) with a 10% sheen. All carefully designed, made and fitted by Davies and Foster.

Bringing new life to this 1970’s condo with a clean lined modern mountain aesthetic. Tearing out the existing walls in this condo left us with a blank slate and the ability to create an open and inviting living environment. Our client wanted a clean easy living vibe to help take them away from their everyday big city living. The new design has three bedrooms, one being a first floor master suite with steam shower, a large mud/gear room and plenty of space to entertain acres guests.
