Old World European, Country Cottage. Three separate cottages make up this secluded village over looking a private lake in an old German, English, and French stone villa style. Hand scraped arched trusses, wide width random walnut plank flooring, distressed dark stained raised panel cabinetry, and hand carved moldings make these traditional farmhouse cottage buildings look like they have been here for 100s of years. Newly built of old materials, and old traditional building methods, including arched planked doors, leathered stone counter tops, stone entry, wrought iron straps, and metal beam straps. The Lake House is the first, a Tudor style cottage with a slate roof, 2 bedrooms, view filled living room open to the dining area, all overlooking the lake. The Carriage Home fills in when the kids come home to visit, and holds the garage for the whole idyllic village. This cottage features 2 bedrooms with on suite baths, a large open kitchen, and an warm, comfortable and inviting great room. All overlooking the lake. The third structure is the Wheel House, running a real wonderful old water wheel, and features a private suite upstairs, and a work space downstairs. All homes are slightly different in materials and color, including a few with old terra cotta roofing. Project Location: Ojai, California. Project designed by Maraya Interior Design. From their beautiful resort town of Ojai, they serve clients in Montecito, Hope Ranch, Malibu and Calabasas, across the tri-county area of Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles, south to Hidden Hills.

L'antico camino in stile siciliano è stato recuperato ed integrato in un elegante libreria a tutta altezza. Il fondo blu klein del muro consente di staccare le decorazioni in legno verniciato rosso del camino ed allo stesso tempo maschera la presenza del televisore e degli apparati digitali.

Le mur en pierre d'origine a été conservé et les poutres ont été peintes en blanc, ce qui apporte de la luminosité. Parquet au sol - le comptoir de la cuisine délimite naturellement l'espace.

Les client souhaitaient retrouver une salon où la bibliothèque deviendrait l'élément central. Et surtout il fallait dissimuler la Télévision. Ici en fond le Persian Turquoise de chez Ressource habille le fond. Les montant fins de la bib apporte légèreté à l'ensemble. les poignées en cuir de chez VEFE ajoute une tonalité d'élégance et de voyage. les plinthes effet or brossé vienne rappellent la couleur des luminaires et les bouton des poignées.

Квартира в средиземноморском стиле. Работа, проделанная на этапе перепланировки позволила расширить площадь жилой зоны за счет присоединения к жилому пространству лоджий в детской комнате и гостиной. В детской, к примеру, была демонтирована стена с балконной оконно-дверной группой, утеплены все поверхности, а подоконник превращен в зону отдыха. В гостиной также располагалась лоджия, в которую был доступ как из комнаты, так и из кухни. Последний выход был замурован, а оконно-дверной проем с простенком демонтированы. Эта зона стала частью гостиной и рабочим уголком для хозяина квартиры. Таким образом, было сразу решено два вопроса - увеличение полезной площади гостиной и оборудование рабочей зоны, которая фактически заменяет в квартире кабинет. Высота потолков 3 метра позволила использовать в интерьере прием оформления потолка балками,причем, сразу в нескольких помещениях - гостиной, кухне и спальне. В целом квартира выполнена в средиземноморском стиле, но в то же время мастерство дизайнеров позволило учесть пожелания клиентов по каждой комнате и сохранить основные черты выбранной стилистики.

Elegante soggiorno con libreria tutta altezza e un tocco di blu. I tre divani in cotone beige ed il tappeto persiano delimitano lo spazio dell soggiorno e ,grazie alla disposizione a C, creano l'ambiente perefetto per conversare seduti.
