This laundry space was designed with storage, efficiency and highly functional to accommodate this large family. A touch of farmhouse charm adorns the space with an apron front sink and an old world faucet. Complete with wood looking porcelain tile, white shaker cabinets and a beautiful white marble counter. Hidden out of sight are 2 large roll out hampers, roll out trash, an ironing board tucked into a drawer and a trash receptacle roll out. Above the built in washer dryer units we have an area to hang items as we continue to do laundry and a pull out drying rack. No detail was missed in this dream laundry space.

We opened up this unique space to expand the Laundry Room and Mud Room to incorporate a large expansion for the Pantry Area that included a Coffee Bar and Refrigerator. This remodeled space allowed more functionality and brought in lots of sunlight into the spaces.

Full laundry room makeover! We took an unfinished basement utility room with uneven concrete floors and leveled and finished everything from head to toe! streamlined plumbing lines, gas, and ventilation behind walls and custom bulkheads to achieve a clean functional modern look.

Centered between the two closets we added a large cabinet for boot and shoe storage. There is nothing worse then dragging snow through your house in the winters. You can use the bench seat to remove your boots and store them here. Photography by Libbie Martin

I love seeing a house go up from the blueprints to the end of the build. Laundry room's are one of the most utilized spaces in the home so it's paramount that the design is not only functional but characteristic of the client. To continue with the rustic farmhouse aesthetic, we wanted to give our client the ability to walk into their laundry room and be happy about being in it. Custom laminate cabinetry in a sage colored green pairs with the green and white landscape scene wallpaper on the ceiling. To add more texture, white square porcelain tiles are on the sink wall, while small bead board painted green to match the cabinetry is on the other walls. The large sink provides ample space to wash almost anything and the brick flooring is a perfect touch of utilitarian that the client desired.
