Complete kitchen renovation, removal of 1/2 wall, added an 11-foot island with Quartz countertops, white cabinets, low VOC paint, desk area, pull-out drawers, soft close shelves, solid wood all around.

All custom made cabinetry that was color matched to the entire suite of GE Cafe matte white appliances paired with champagne bronze hardware that coordinates beautifully with the Delta faucet and cabinet / drawer hardware. The counter surfaces are Artic White quartz with custom hand painted clay tiles for the entire range wall with custom floating shelves and backsplash. We used my favorite farrow & ball Babouche 223 (yellow) paint for the island and Sherwin Williams 7036 Accessible Beige on the walls. Hanging over the island is a pair of glazed clay pots that I customized into light pendants. We also replaced the builder grade hollow core back door with a custom designed iron and glass security door. The barstools were a fabulous find on Craigslist that we became mixologists with a selection of transparent stains to come up with the perfect shade of teal and we installed brand new bamboo flooring! This was such a fun project to do, even amidst Covid with all that the pandemic delayed, and a much needed burst of cheer as a daily result.

We were inspired by our clients collection of beautiful dinnerware and serve ware which were gorgeous shades of blues. We kept the finishes classic like the Shaker door style and the classic blue accent color but we added lovely details such as the rope crown molding and the textural tile back-splash.

They wanted a new contemporary look with classic finishes that complimented the other newly renovated spaces in their home. In the remodeled kitchen, the cooktop is positioned closer to the sink to provide an efficient work triangle. The decorative chimney hood and marble and stainless inset backsplash create a stunning focal point. GE Monogram appliances provide this avid cook with a chef style kitchen. Replacing their pantry closet area with new pantry cabinets with rollout shelves allow for increased functionality. The crisp, clean look of the custom white Medallion cabinets pop against the dark Pewter Maple hardwood floors. Chosen for its timeless appearance, the organic design on the countertops contrasts the geometric marble backsplash tile, and the crystal dinette and pendant lights add sparkle and sophistication to the room. This kitchen is now a contemporary, family-friendly, entertainment space. Design Tech Remodeling, established in 1997, is a family-owned award-winning design/build firm specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, master suites, and lower levels.

The new kitchen features new custom cabinets, "venatino" quartz countertops, "surfside blue" porcelain subway tile blacksplash, stainless steel appliances, an apron sink and new "ocean 10" hardwood floors.

This kitchen's timeless look will outlast the trends with neutral cabinets, an organic marble backsplash and brushed gold fixtures. We included ample countertop space for this family of four to invite friends and entertain large groups. Ten foot ceilings allowed for higher wall cabinets for a more dramatic space.

This mountain home needed spaces that were fresh and open for family living. We removed a wall between the family room and kitchen and added a picture window over the range. The hood almost disappears into the ceiling. The storage is amazing, while still feeling airy. And the ten foot island with walnut countertop, wow!
