This was the 2023 Junior League Show house- I wanted this pantry because it was a perfect space to create a hybrid space where I could picture the Friar's bringing in the fresh veggies from the yard and a place where they used to prep for big gatherings. I wanted to honor the age of the home (1890's) and have colors and fixtures that would have been period appropriate. I also painted the ceiling with a copper dry brushing technique that would have been seen back then. My personal style is in this space, it is heavy and moody and I love bold wallpaper (this is a mural). I have lovingly called my style "swamp witch chic."

Extraordinary Pass-A-Grille Beach Cottage! This was the original Pass-A-Grill Schoolhouse from 1912-1915! This cottage has been completely renovated from the floor up, and the 2nd story was added. It is on the historical register. Flooring for the first level common area is Antique River-Recovered® Heart Pine Vertical, Select, and Character. Goodwin's Antique River-Recovered® Heart Pine was used for the stair treads and trim.

Rénovation ancienne zone cuisine: création d'un bar avec un système de volets montés sur guides et rails (système à galandage) pour permettre ouverture lorsque souhaité. Exploitation du réseau de gaz existant en créant une cuisine avec équipement adapté et de pointe - Création d'un faux-plafond pour coffrer le système d'écrans coulissants sur le bar, et du même coup créer un éclairage pour améliorer la luminosité (exposition plein Nord et pierre choisie sombre (céramique ardoise).

Pour la construction d sa maison, noter client a fait appel à nos services pour la conception sur mesure de sa cuisine. En effet, l'objectif ici était de conserver les codes "rétais" notamment pour le bois. Les façades sont en chêne massif de pays sur cadre acier laqué noir. Pour plus de facilité et de praticité d'entretien nous avons posé un plan de travail Dekton coloris Milar réhaussé par la robinetterie Bradano.

Cette cuisine moderne révèle un design épuré alliant fonctionnalité et esthétisme. Les fenêtres panoramiques offrent une vue urbaine imprenable, tout en baignant la pièce d'une ambiance lumineuse. Le parquet en bois ajoute une touche chaleureuse, contrastant avec l'îlot central en gris. Des chaises design entourent une table minimaliste, idéale pour des repas conviviaux. L'éclairage élégant, composé de lampes suspendues modernes, complète cet espace, tandis que le garde-corps blanc sépare subtilement la cuisine du niveau supérieur. Grâce à un rangement intégré et à de l'électroménager encastré, tout est à portée de main. Le plafond haut et les détails architecturaux font de cette architecture intérieure contemporaine un véritable chef-d'œuvre de design.

Tadeo 4909 is a building that takes place in a high-growth zone of the city, seeking out to offer an urban, expressive and custom housing. It consists of 8 two-level lofts, each of which is distinct to the others. The area where the building is set is highly chaotic in terms of architectural typologies, textures and colors, so it was therefore chosen to generate a building that would constitute itself as the order within the neighborhood’s chaos. For the facade, three types of screens were used: white, satin and light. This achieved a dynamic design that simultaneously allows the most passage of natural light to the various environments while providing the necessary privacy as required by each of the spaces. Additionally, it was determined to use apparent materials such as concrete and brick, which given their rugged texture contrast with the clearness of the building’s crystal outer structure. Another guiding idea of the project is to provide proactive and ludic spaces of habitation. The spaces’ distribution is variable. The communal areas and one room are located on the main floor, whereas the main room / studio are located in another level – depending on its location within the building this second level may be either upper or lower. In order to achieve a total customization, the closets and the kitchens were exclusively designed. Additionally, tubing and handles in bathrooms as well as the kitchen’s range hoods and lights were designed with utmost attention to detail. Tadeo 4909 is an innovative building that seeks to step out of conventional paradigms, creating spaces that combine industrial aesthetics within an inviting environment.
