This future rental property has been completely refurbished with a newly constructed extension. Bespoke joinery, lighting design and colour scheme were carefully thought out to create a sense of space and elegant simplicity to appeal to a wide range of future tenants. This beautiful kitchen was designed by one our team for a property development company that were building three new housing plots in Tring. They gave us the task of coming up with a kitchen design that would be timeless and suitable for any new homeowner. Therefore, the challenge for us was to design for someone that we would never meet, but still try to make the space personal to them. The entire interior scheme needed to be considered, as the overall look of the house is contemporary, so the kitchen design needed to match this style. Due to this, a combination of high quality materials and a neutral colour scheme have been used. Handle-less, high gloss cashmere and matt taupe cabinetry are complimented by a Silestone Lusso quartz worktop with a European walnut breakfast bar. Attention to detail was key and needed to be carefully thought about within the design. Particular features have been replicated, such as including the walnut detailing to feature within the breakfast bar and for the wrap around panelling of the built-in fridge/freezer. LED lighting has also been used for the decorative purposes of illuminating the cabinetry but also the ceiling extractor, which both help to create an atmosphere within the kitchen, particularly in the evenings. The overall layout has been carefully considered, appliances have been positioned so that the potential homeowners would have everything they need within a practical working triangle. Storage solutions have been cleverly designed to be hidden behind doors, adding to the spacious feeling of this beautiful kitchen.

A bespoke, handmade Shaker style kitchen with ‘in-frame’ mortice and tennon doors fitted on traditional butt hinges. This luxurious kitchen features Oak dovetailed and polished drawer boxes on soft-close concealed runners and a solid rigid carcass in polished Oak, except for the pantry unit that is in rich Walnut. The island units and Utility room have been factory painted in Library by Plimsoll and all other units are factory painted in Bone China Blue (Pale) from Little Greene Paint & Paper. All pull handles and knobs are in an Old Pewter finish, to co-ordinate with the Bosch appliances, whilst the brassware is by Quooker and Hans Grohe. This smart, extended project includes a large open plan kitchen with walk-in wine room plus utility and boot rooms. The large cabinets designed in the Inframe Cockbead Shaker style (in the kitchen) are the real feature of this project. Hand built and painted in Off Black, the detailed beading is classic and traditional yet with the beautiful Armac Martin handles and colour choice, the overall look is timeless and contemporary in equal measure. Complementing the entire look are the Perrin & Rowe taps in English Bronze and the Range Cooker in Matt Graphite with Bronze Trim. Behind the handsome cabinets doors are all manner of well-designed shelving and drawers including a breakfast dresser and drinks cabinet – both with integrated strip lighting and Quartz worktops. However, the wow factor goes to the walk-in wine room. A space dedicated to the storage and easy selection of wine bottles thanks to the bespoke slanted wine racks and the Caple Sense Dual Zone Wine Coolers. The cabinet style, here, is a Lay-On Shaker style and the Off Black contrasts nicely with the Caesarstone worktop in Vanilla Noir. An elegant addition to the kitchen and a must for all wine connoisseurs! Connected, yet separated from the kitchen is the well thought out utility room with a tall broom cupboard in a Lay-On Shaker style, ample folding space and large, roomy Butler sink. Appliances are contained within the tall cupboards which are hand painted in off White. Details like the Perrin & Rowe Mayan Deck Mounted Taps in English Bronze and Caesarstone worktop elevate this small room from the practical to the beautiful. Finally, the boot room in the same Lay-On Shaker style as the utility room, has been designed to accommodate coats and shoes for the whole family. Again, the choice of handles - this time Satin Antiqued Satin Lacquered from Armac Martin’s Gaumont Range provide the stylish finishing touches.

our finished kitchen extension at a family home in Maida Vale, London. This bespoke kitchen centred around a busy family lifestyle, while still looking fantastically bright and stylish. The side return extension consisted of a complete glass roof and wall-to-wall glass sliding doors. This lower ground floor was transformed into a bright, open plan, modern family home.⠀

Renovating a kitchen in an apartment unit in North Bergen NJ. We completely gutted out the kitchen and replaced the flooring with a dark grey laminate, replaced the old wood cabinets with more modern white cabinets, installed black quartz countertops, installed white subway tile backsplash with black grout, installed new stainless steel appliances, and painted the kitchen a light grey. This was a rental unit and was done on a low budget
