Black coffee stained cherry cabinets with a black glaze and resin waterproof finish. Granite ogee edge countertops with full height granite backsplash. Honey onyx was used for the back of the island. Custom designed ironwork with bronze finish. Copper farmhouse sink. Island trough copper sink 42" in width. Oil Rubbed bronze faucets. Viking appliances. Frontgate outdoor barstools.

We designed this 3,162 square foot home for empty-nesters who love lake life. Functionally, the home accommodates multiple generations. Elderly in-laws stay for prolonged periods, and the homeowners are thinking ahead to their own aging in place. This required two master suites on the first floor. Accommodations were made for visiting children upstairs. Aside from the functional needs of the occupants, our clients desired a home which maximizes indoor connection to the lake, provides covered outdoor living, and is conducive to entertaining. Our concept celebrates the natural surroundings through materials, views, daylighting, and building massing. We placed all main public living areas along the rear of the house to capitalize on the lake views while efficiently stacking the bedrooms and bathrooms in a two-story side wing. Secondary support spaces are integrated across the front of the house with the dramatic foyer. The front elevation, with painted green and natural wood siding and soffits, blends harmoniously with wooded surroundings. The lines and contrasting colors of the light granite wall and silver roofline draws attention toward the entry and through the house to the real focus: the water. The one-story roof over the garage and support spaces takes flight at the entry, wraps the two-story wing, turns, and soars again toward the lake as it approaches the rear patio. The granite wall extending from the entry through the interior living space is mirrored along the opposite end of the rear covered patio. These granite bookends direct focus to the lake.

This kitchen is characterised by timelessly elegant black and white. To give thespacious, monolithic island a light air, a white ribbon meanders across every side,strikingly showcasing the functions of cooking and water. Another outstandingfeature: fronts made of top-quality matt lacquer with an anti-fingerprint finish.The elegant BONDI makes a spacious overall impression whilst being perfect down to the very last detail. The tall units integrated flush into the wall are compelling as soon as you see the amount of space they offer – with lots of intelligent solutions for stowing things away. In a tidy kitchen, there is plenty of space to showcasepersonal items – that is how they can be shown off to true advantage.

This former garment factory in Bethnal Green had previously been used as a commercial office before being converted into a large open plan live/work unit nearly ten years ago. The challenge: how to retain an open plan arrangement whilst creating defined spaces and adding a second bedroom. By opening up the enclosed stairwell and incorporating the vertical circulation into the central atrium, we were able to add space, light and volume to the main living areas. Glazing is used throughout to bring natural light deeper into the floor plan, with obscured glass panels creating privacy for the fully refurbished bathrooms and bedrooms. The glazed atrium visually connects both floors whilst separating public and private spaces. The industrial aesthetic of the original building has been preserved with a bespoke stainless steel kitchen, open metal staircase and exposed steel columns, complemented by the new metal-framed atrium glazing, and poured concrete resin floor. Una cucina minimal dal look maschile e quasi un po' aggressivo... in ogni caso bellissima! Cosa ho fatto? Gli elementi che sono andata a modificare sono questi: - Tinteggiature delle pareti - Rivestimento penisola cucina con lastre di HPL - Stesura di resina spatolata sul vecchio pavimento e sul top del piano cottura/lavello - Inserimento isola snack realizzata su mio progetto - Nuova sospensione sul tavolo da pranzo A volte bastano pochi tocchi mirati per fare un upgrade della propria abitazione... guardate le foto di come era la cucina prima e ditemi cosa ne pensate!!!!
