This Bespoke kitchen has an L-shaped run of cabinets wrapped in Stainless Steel. The cabinets have a mirrored plinth with feet, giving the illusion of free standing furniture. The worktop is Calacatta Medici Marble with a back panel and floating shelf. A Gaggenau gas hob it set into the marble worktop and has a matching Gaggenau oven below it. An under-mount sink with a brushed brass tap also sits in the worktop. A blocked in doorway forms a display alcove. The flooring is restored pine. Spectacular views, a tricky site and the desirability of maintaining views and light for adjacent neighbors inspired our design for this new house in Clarendon Heights. The facade features subtle shades of stucco, coordinating dark aluminum windows and a bay element which twists to capture views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Built into an upsloping site, retaining walls allowed us to create a bi-level rear yard with the lower part at the main living level and an elevated upper deck with sweeping views of San Francisco. The interiors feature an open plan, high ceilings, luxurious finishes and a dramatic curving stair with metal railings which swoop up to a second-floor sky bridge. Well-placed windows, including clerestories flood all of the interior spaces with light.

Our clients have lived in this 1985 North Dallas home for almost 10 years, and it was time for a change. They had to decide whether to move or give the home an update. They were in a small quiet neighborhood tucked away near the popular suburb of Addison and also near the beautiful Celestial Park. Their backyard was like a hidden paradise, which is hard to find in Dallas, so they decided to update the two primary areas that needed it: the kitchen and the master bathroom. The kitchen had a black and white retro checkerboard tile floor, and the bathroom was very Tuscan. There were no cabinets on the main wall in the kitchen before. They were lacking space and functionality and desperately needed a complete overhaul in their kitchen. There were two entryways leading into the kitchen from the foyer, so one was closed off and the island was eliminated, giving them space for an entire wall of cabinets. The cabinets along this back kitchen wall were finished with a gorgeous River Rock stain. The cabinets on the other side of the kitchen were painted Polar, creating a seamless flow into the living room and creating a one-of-a-kind kitchen! Large 24x36 Elysium Tekali crema polished porcelain tiles created a simple, yet unique kitchen floor. The beautiful Levantina quartzite countertops pulled it all together and everything from the pop-up outlets in the countertops to the roll-up doors on the pantry cabinets, to the pull-out appliance shelves, makes this kitchen super functional and updated!

The kitchen is modern and is open to the breakfast area to the south.

This particular project is a Beautiful custom made two tone Kitchen Remodeling and home remodeling project. The most important priority for this homeowner was to bring her 1960s vinyl flooring, outdated bathroom and rundown kitchen cabinets to a more modern and chic kitchen. The potential in this project always reminds us that no job is finished until the final details are put. Adding Modern amenities which mix brilliantly with classic finishes in this Project. As seen in the photo, notice how the colors keep the natural flow throughout the kitchen. The clients had wanted a Uilitarian Island, an additional prep farm sink, and wine cooler. The client also was requesting much needed stools. We went with an eccentric piece for the stools as shown in our photos. The perimeter cabinets are in a soft gray which allows the warm toned island to stand out as a grounding feature. For lighting we chose Skylights. Skylights offer ample lighting, we also chose to use lights along the under mount and island pendants. When we consulted about the remodeling of the dining room and kitchen floors , we agreed on it receiving a fresh look with all new flooring . We chose from the Hallmark Modern Collection, which now flows from the kitchen through to the welcoming entry and living room. This project also included a bedroom and bathroom addition, all new doors, electrical & lighting, flooring and master bath renovation. As for the suite bathroom, the main priority for the clients was to have a bathroom where they could disconnect and feel like at some sort of retreat. The suite bath now screams elegance and retreat with a large soaker tub, expansive glass enclosed shower and dual vanities. We agreed on a neutral yet eccentric tile using a surf linear blue mosaic touch that brings a soothing feel to the retreat. We hope you enjoyed the photos please message us with any questions!

Raised panel, stained wood cabinets with a contrasting painted cream island set the Traditional tone for this expansive kitchen project. The counter tops are a combination of polished earth tone granite in the kitchen and prep island, and matte finished quartzite for the serving island. The floors are engineered wood that transitions into travertine. And we also used a combination of travertine and a custom tile pattern for the backsplash and trim around the hood. Enjoy!

We worked closely with the clients to develop a scheme that incorporated a central island and low-level dining seating. The warm and inviting colour scheme pairs a rich dark brown island with cool olive-grey tall and base cabinets. The kitchen table flows into the island giving a sleek and seamless run down the centre of the kitchen. The final result is a highly practical space that combines rustic and earthy with sleek and contemporary.
