A bold, masculine kitchen remodel in a Craftsman style home. We went dark and bold on the cabinet color and let the rest remain bright and airy to balance it out.

This 1970's home had a complete makeover! The goal of the project was to 1) open up the main floor living and gathering spaces and 2) create a more beautiful and functional kitchen. We took out the dividing wall between the front living room and the kitchen and dining room to create one large gathering space, perfect for a young family and for entertaining friends! Onto the exciting part - the kitchen! The existing kitchen was U-Shaped with not much room to have more than 1 person working at a time. We kept the appliances in the same locations, but really expanded the amount of workspace and cabinet storage by taking out the peninsula and adding a large island. The cabinetry, from Holiday Kitchens, is a blue-gray color on the lowers and classic white on the uppers. The countertops are walnut butcherblock on the perimeter and a marble looking quartz on the island. The backsplash, one of our favorites, is a diamond shaped mosaic in a rhombus pattern, which adds just the right amount of texture without overpowering all the gorgeous details of the cabinets and countertops. The hardware is a champagne bronze - one thing we love to do is mix and match our metals! The faucet is from Kohler and is in Matte Black, the sink is from Blanco and is white. The flooring is a luxury vinyl plank with a warm wood tone - which helps bring all the elements of the kitchen together we think! Overall - this is one of our favorite kitchens to date - so many beautiful details on their own, but put together create this gorgeous kitchen!

This kitchen presents a fresh, contemporary design with its striking olive green cabinetry that adds a pop of color and personality. The sleek, flat-panel doors offer a clean, minimalistic look, while the wooden countertop adds warmth and a touch of nature. The backsplash, with its geometric white tiles, provides a sharp contrast to the green, adding visual interest and tying the space together. The floor is covered with terrazzo, giving a playful and durable foundation with its speckled pattern of chips. Modern appliances, neatly integrated within the cabinetry, suggest functionality without sacrificing style. The inclusion of indoor plants on the countertops introduces an organic element, enhancing the room's lively and earthy feel.

Pour ce premier achat immobilier, notre cliente souhaitait optimiser sa petite surface en créant de nombreux rangements et en séparant bien chaque espace. Le coin nuit est donc isolé par une verrière et un store pour ne pas le cloisonner et réduire l’espace. On trouve des rangements ultra fonctionnels dans l’entrée/dressing, sous le lit mezzanine ainsi que dans la cuisine. Le bois sombre du parquet que l’on retrouve également par petites touches dans le reste de l’appartement permet d’ajouter du caractère à cette petite surface !

Quand un photographe vient shooter la cuisine de Mme C, je suis obligé de partager avec vous son travail. Les photos sont vraiment superbes ! Ces nouveaux luminaires sont tout simplement parfaits. Ils donnent encore plus de cachet à la pièce. Maintenant que Mme C s’est appropriée sa nouvelle cuisine en y intégrant ses objets personnels, je la trouve encore plus accueillante et chaleureuse. Comme quoi, il y a encore une différence à prendre en compte lorsque vous regardez une cuisine fraîchement installée et une cuisine aménagée.

Modern family loft renovation. A young couple starting a family in the city purchased this two story loft in Boston's South End. Built in the 1990's, the loft was ready for updates. ZED transformed the space, creating a fresh new look and greatly increasing its functionality to accommodate an expanding family within an urban setting. Für eine großzügige Küche in der denkmalgeschützten Altbauvilla wurde der Raum zum Wohnbereich geöffnet und sämtliche Beläge an Wand und Boden wurden erneuert. In das Objekt durften wieder Zemetmosaikplatten einziehen. Ausgewählt wurden VIA-Platten mit edlem, in Grautönenen gehaltenem Muster Nr. 13660 und dazu passenden Uni-Platten. Die Wände wurden in der Farbe Calamine, Nr. 230, von Farrow&Ball-Farbe gestrichen. Die Arbeitsfläche wird mit VIPP-Wandleuchten in Szene gesetzt. ... | ... Having been neglected for nearly 50 years, this home was rescued by new owners who sought to restore the home to its original grandeur. Prominently located on the rocky shoreline, its presence welcomes all who enter into Marblehead from the Boston area. The exterior respects tradition; the interior combines tradition with a sparse respect for proportion, scale and unadorned beauty of space and light.
