Savant video distribution, which allows for up to 8 video feeds to be switched to 6 different TVs. Lutron wireless lighting control brings scene control to various rooms. Whole-home control is also by Savant, which allows users to control the home’s systems, in-home or remotely, from any mobile device including iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android devices. What does a designer do if you have client who loves color, loves mid-century, loves to cook and has a busy home life.....MAKE AN AMAZING KITCHEN~ Featuring Signature Custom Cabinetry in 4 colors, doors with mirror inserts, doors with metal union jack inserts, walnut trim, shelves, and wood top, custom color Blue Star french door ovens and custom Heath oval tile~ To add a little extra geometry to the floors, we took a standard 24" square tile and cut half of them into triangles and designed the floor to show the additional texture!

The smooth, white countertops are elegant and plenty of spacious drawers make necessary kitchen utensils and tools easily accessible to prevent time in the kitchen from becoming chaotic.

The subtle modernisation of a traditional kitchen through the use of colour. The white wall cabinetry is the perfect neutral backdrop for our statement island, creating a fun and inviting space to entertain. The grand island compliments the existing stained glass doors. leading into the back garden.

Beautiful transformation from a traditional style to a beautiful sleek warm environment. This luxury space is created by Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in a Vanguard Plus Matte Classic Walnut. The interior drawer inserts are walnut. The back lit surrounds around the ovens and windows is LED backlit Onyx Slabs. The countertops in the kitchen Mystic Gold Quartz with the bar upper are Dekton Keranium Tech Collection with Legrand Adorne electrical outlets. Appliances: Miele 30” Truffle Brown Convection oven stacked with a combination Miele Steam and convection oven, Dishwasher is Gaggenau fully integrated automatic, Wine cooler, refrigerator and freezer is Thermador. Under counter refrigeration is U Line. The sinks are Blanco Solon Composite System. The ceiling mount hood is Futuro Skylight Series with the drop down ceiling finished in a walnut veneer. The tile in the pool table room is Bisazza Mosaic Tile with cabinetry by Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in the same finishes as the kitchen. Flooring throughout the three living areas is Eleganza Porcelain Tile. The cabinetry in the adjoining family room is Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in the same wood as the other areas in the kitchen but with a High Gloss Walnut. The entertainment wall is Limestone Slab with Limestone Stack Stone. The Lime Stone Stack Stone also accents the pillars in the foyer and the entry to the game room. Speaker system throughout area is SONOS wireless home theatre system.

In this home, we took advantage of the existing large window in the stairwell as well as the skylights, by tearing down interior walls and partitions. This allows the light to filter deep into the house. We also added a large window connecting the deck to the kitchen.

The layout of this part of the kitchen remained the same, with the sink in the existing location. The cabinetry by Versatile Wood Products streamlines their storage, with 3cm Caesarstone counters. The cobalt blue lowers and uppers are a focal point in one of the client's favorite colors. Beyond is the nook with integrated refrigerator, mudroom cabinetry and bench for changing shoes near the back door, which leads to a new deck with the couple's grill.
