This back splash is made from the left over pieces of marble and granite from our shop. We can custom design or use any color of granite or marble to achieve the look you desire.

Maximizing the functionality of this space, and coordinating the new kitchen with the beautiful remodel completed previously by the client were the two most important aspects of this project. The existing spaces are elegantly decorated with an open plan, dark hardwood floors, and natural stone accents. The new, lighter, more open kitchen flows beautifully into the client’s existing dining room space. Satin nickel hardware blends with the stainless steel appliances and matches the satin nickel details throughout the home. The fully integrated refrigerator next to the narrow pull-out pantry cabinet, take up less visual weight than a traditional stainless steel appliance and the two combine to provide fantastic storage. The glass cabinet doors and decorative lighting beautifully highlight the client’s glassware and dishes. Finished with white subway tile, Dreamy Marfil quartz countertops, and a warm natural wood blind; the space warm, inviting, elegant, and extremely functional. copyright 2013 marilyn peryer photography

A tiny kitchen that was redone with what we all wish for storage, storage and more storage. The design dilemma was how to incorporate the existing flooring and wallpaper the client wanted to preserve. The kitchen is a combo of both traditional and transitional element thus becoming a neat eclectic kitchen. The wood finish cabinets are natural Alder wood with a clear finish while the main portion of the kitchen is a fantastic olive-green finish. for a cleaner look the countertop quartz has been used for the backsplash as well. This way no busy grout lines are present to make the kitchen feel heavier and busy.

This is a kitchen we completed at the end of last year. It is a gorgeous soft elegant space. We love it, and so does the client. For this project, they went with Kraftmaid cabinets, Eco White Diamond quartz tops, Stainless Steel under-mount sink, Seagull under-cabinet light, and Vinyl floating locking floor. We removed a ceiling light and installed 4 recesses can lights. We also removed a paneled soffit and replaced it will taller cabinets and crown molding that extends to the ceiling.

Houzz Kitchen of the Week April 8, 2016. Kitchen renovation for Victorian home north of Boston. Designed by north shore kitchen showroom Heartwood Kitchens. The white kitchen custom cabinetry is from Mouser Cabinetry. Butler's pantry cabinetry in QCCI quarter sawn oak cabinetry. The kitchen includes many furniture like features including a wood mantle hood, open shelving, bead board and inset cabinetry. Other details include: soapstone counter tops, Jenn-Air appliances, Elkay faucet, antique transfer ware tiles from EBay, pendant lights from Rejuvenation, quarter sawn oak floors, hardware from House of Antique Hardware and the homeowners antique runner. CCI Renovations/North Vancouver/Photos- Ema Peter Photography. This small space galley-style kitchen had to be rebuilt in the existing space. Due to the configuration of the existing ceiling no lighting could be added to the ceiling so a unique solution to this was to use track lighting that allowed the installation of cantilevered lights. With limited counter space at the microwave a pull out shelf was installed in the drawer below. Existing window and beam/post details had to be worked in to the new layout. Even in such a small space the kitchen functions with two chefs working at once without getting in each others way while, at the same time, guests can be watching from the nearby bar area. In order to open the kitchen to the living area a unique structural solution was required. The result left the kitchen with one beam that looks to have no support but is in fact supported through a hidden beam and bracket above (the Dali effect). The open space to the living room allowed for the addition of an intimate bar area that doubles as the prep station with a small sink. By moving the existing door to the dining room enough space was gained to provide for a full wall of cabinets along what the exposed wall of the fireplace. Mostly drawer units were used in place of shelves and items such as a 36 bottle spice rack, utensil racks, drawer dividers and in some cases shallower units provide organized and accessible storage.

This kitchen was a in a 1920's home with odd additional over the years. The kitchen was very small, dark and cramped for two cooks. We removed a wall to open it up, moved built-ins to the opposite wall to let in more light and updated cabinets and materials and created an in kitchen seating area!
