Right off the kitchen is a butler’s pantry. The dark blue raised panel cabinets with satin gold pulls and the white quartz counter correspond with the kitchen. We used mirrors for the backsplash and on the upper cabinets. And, of course, no beverage center is complete with a wine refrigerator! Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors. With a desire to embrace deep wood tones and a more 'rustic' approach to sets the bar apart from the rest of the Kitchen - we designed the small area to include reclaimed wood accents and custom pipe storage for bar essentials.

The bar's center upper cabinets had originally had glass doors, but the homeowners decided they preferred solid doors to hide the less glamorous items. They chose to forego light rail molding, preferring to use the light fixtures as a decorative element, but our designer did talk them into a simple Shaker crown molding at the top.

This wetbar is part of a very open family room Reclaimed brick veneer is used as the backsplash. The floating shelves have LED light strips routered in and antique mirrors enhance the rustic look.

Updating a recently built town home in culver city for a wonderful family was a very enjoyable project for us. This nook in the dining area was a perfect spot for a home bar area. shaker cabinet to match the kitchen cabinets and a matching countertop as well. floating shelves with a 2" recess light provides the needed illumination and a dramatic effect on the new black and gold wallpaper treatment of the back wall.

Phase One took this cramped, dated lake house into a flowing, open space to maximize highly trafficked areas and provide a better sense of togetherness. Upon discovering a master bathroom leak, we also updated the bathroom giving it a sensible and functional lift in style.
