We created the space for a new pantry, adjacent to the mudroom and kitchen. It is accessed through a new pocket door and has custom storage and shelving. This farmhouse style home in West Chester is the epitome of warmth and welcoming. We transformed this house’s original dark interior into a light, bright sanctuary. From installing brand new red oak flooring throughout the first floor to adding horizontal shiplap to the ceiling in the family room, we really enjoyed working with the homeowners on every aspect of each room. A special feature is the coffered ceiling in the dining room. We recessed the chandelier directly into the beams, for a clean, seamless look. We maximized the space in the white and chrome galley kitchen by installing a lot of custom storage. The pops of blue throughout the first floor give these room a modern touch. This space was converted from a builder grade kitchen to a custom Shaker Style Kitchen with stainless appliances, Cambria counter tops, Walnut topped island and a beautiful Navy / Dark Blue Island. Ann Sacks backsplash tile is just the style needed to add that punch to the kitchen. Newport Brass Fixtures on the sink and pot filler compliment the Shaker Look of the kitchen. A beautiful transition.

Our client had been living in their home for a few years before they brought us in to remodel. The space was limited, but definitely able to increase the function and space. They never thought they could have an island, and we were able to add an eat in kitchen island, which really helped with this busy young family. We also moved the doorway for the entry of the kitchen in order to add a pantry and double oven. The photos help to tell the story of this beautiful kitchen.

The clients wanted to make big changes to the kitchen in their newly purchased brick Tudor style home in the Sloans Lake neighborhood of Denver. They teamed up with Lead Designer Faris to bring their vision of a fabulous and functional kitchen to life. The kitchen features all new white shaker cabinetry, caesarstone countertops, pendant lighting, a traditional pattern encaustic tile backsplash, stone-look ceramic floor tiles, and the fresh exposed brick. Remodel of a 1950's ranch style home. Kitchen was opened to the eating and living areas. The new footprint allows for more cabinet and countertop space. The formerly small kitchen now allows for multiple cooks in the kitchen. A peninsula replaces the original banquet, allowing for more eating and serving space.
